Forced retirement has led to a markedly different life. As Head Cycling Coach at Villa Maria College I have had the privilege of helping create increbibly successful cyclists and young women. "Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them." As a Director of Trade Aid in New Zealand  I find it incredibly rewarding that my God given skill set makes a difference in alleviating poverty.
